This delicate piece used a medium that adds texture, peaks, and cracks as it cures. Some texture is added near the "shore" in the grass; which was applied by a sponge. Varying shades of blues combined with a flow agent makes up the "sea".
Art is what the viewer sees. To me, I see an aerial view of a shore; waves, sand and grass.
